1. How do I get started?
Select a Location: Beach, Indoors or a park then Select a theme: Cute + Cozy, Elegant + Classy, or Sweet + Simple. Each theme is suitable for different occasions. If you want something unique, contact us for custom themes.
2. What are the package options?
Choose from our three picnic packages: Comfort, Deluxe, or Luxury. Details about what each package includes can be found under Picnics.
3. Can I enhance my picnic experience with add-ons?
Explore our curated list of add-on items including activities, snacks, and decor to personalize your picnic. Check out our current offerings under Extras
4. How do I book?
Once you’ve made all your selections, head to our Book Now page to finalize the date and time for your picnic.
5. What if I need to add more time or guests?
Use additional guest option with 2+ guests or needing 2+ hours. Additional guests start from Rs300/person (up to parties of 8)
6. Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Absolutely! Feel free to bring your own refreshments, or check out our food & beverage offerings under Add-Ons.
7. What about cleanup?
We’ll handle the cleanup, so you can enjoy your picnic without worries.
8. Can I leave before the scheduled end time?
Yes, just give us a 15-minute notice. However, please wait for our team before leaving, as you’re responsible for picnic items until they return.
9. What if I’m running late?
Your picnic starts at the scheduled time. Contact us ASAP if you’re running late. Late arrivals may incur fees after a 5-minute grace period.
10. Can I reschedule or cancel?
We don’t offer refunds, but you can reschedule with a 7-day notice, for a date within 90 days of the original booking. Weather-related rescheduling is allowed with 24-hour notice.
11. Is alcohol allowed?
We don’t provide alcohol. Check local laws for alcohol consumption. We don’t take responsibility for any related incidents.
